The Workforce module is the people-side view of AutoGuard today. Time & attendance is captured by Shift Management and surfaced here for HR. Pay scale, leave applications, leave balances and basic personnel data are managed here and on mobile. It is intentionally focused — the platform today does the essentials really well, and a fuller HR module (full personnel records, document-expiry alerts, onboarding, payroll integrations) is on the roadmap.

Time & attendance view
Time & attendance is captured by Shift Management. Workforce gives HR and managers a clean, consolidated view.
