AutoGuard was built around shifts — allocating shifts to specific people and tracking those people at all times. Create a shift and the system requires you to assign the guard, the weapon (if any), the vehicle (inspected), the site and the patrol route. From clock-in to clock-out, GPS tracks them live. Observation Book, Pocket Book and Crime Scene entries are time-stamped, geolocated and locked — no overwrites, no edits.
Build the shift
Assign a PSIRA-graded guard to a site and route. Attach the weapon and vehicle the shift requires — invalid combinations are blocked.
Clock in & equip
Geofenced clock-in at the site with biometric or photo verification. Weapon and ammunition signed out. Vehicle inspected and accepted.
Operate live
Live GPS while on duty. Every Observation Book, Pocket Book and Crime Scene entry locked, time-stamped and geolocated against this shift.
Close out
Clock out. Weapon returned with round count reconciled. Vehicle signed back in. Time, attendance and pay data ready for payroll.
