Shift Management is built specifically for guarding companies. When you create a shift, AutoGuard ties together everything that has to happen — the right PSIRA-graded guard, the weapon they'll carry (if any), the vehicle they'll use (inspected and signed out), the site and the patrol route. From clock-in to clock-out, GPS tracks the guard live. Every patrol, OB entry, incident, weapon use and vehicle movement is recorded against that shift. You see exactly what's happening, who has what, and where they are — all in real time.

Build the shift — with everything attached
A shift in AutoGuard is more than a time slot. It's the assignment of a guard plus every piece of equipment they need to perform the work — validated by the platform before the shift is published.
- Assign a PSIRA-graded guard to a site, route and time window
- Block invalid assignments — expired PSIRA, missing competency, double-booking
- Attach the weapon required (or mark explicitly unarmed)
