How long does it take to get a demo?
We typically schedule demos within 48 hours of receiving an enquiry. The session is 30 minutes, configured around your sites, shifts and the modules you're most interested in.
I'm interested in licensing — what info should I send?
Use the Licensing enquiry intent and tell us: which path fits (full white-label or API-only), which modules you need, any custom development, the term you're considering, and whether you'd like financing. We'll come back with a scoped proposal within 5 business days.
When will Memberships launch?
We're finalising membership tiers now. Pre-register via the Membership intent and you'll hear from us before public launch — pre-registered companies receive early-access pricing.
What's the difference between a referral and reseller partner?
Referral partners introduce qualified leads and earn a referral fee on every closed deal — our team runs the sale. Reseller partners actively sell AutoGuard under their own commercial agreement, supported by our pre-sales and onboarding team. Use the Partner intent and tell us which model fits.
What support do you offer during rollout?
Every deployment includes onboarding documentation, video tutorials and training. Larger deployments get a dedicated success manager and on-site training as part of the licence.
